At L’VEEL Plus, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic and dermocosmetic products, returns are accepted only for items that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery, unless a different mandatory legal period applies
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened or used products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Opened or used cosmetic/dermocosmetic products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Clearance or final sale items, where stated
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancellable and may instead fall under the return process.
